Are you a resilient communicator with a knack for handling objections and turning conversations around? We are on the lookout for an energetic Call Centre Operative to join our team in Bournemouth. This temporary role for 6 weeks involves a high volume of outbound calling, where you will engage potential and existing customers, handle objections effectively, and contribute to dynamic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Operative:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and current customers
Handle objections confidently and turn potential rejections into positive outcomes
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets
Experiecne required as a Call Centre Operative: 

Experience: Previous experience in a call centre, telemarketing, or sales environment is highly desirable.
Resilience: Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasion: Ability to effectively manage objections and turn conversations around.
