As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all aspects of the home, ensuring young people receive high levels of emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, and comfortable accommodation.
Playing a crucial role in building a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
Leading the staff team and deploying appropriate resources to fulfil key tasks.
Providing induction, supervision, and appraisal to ensure staff development and effective communication.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including child protection, health and safety, finance, control, and administration.Package and Benefits:

Hold at minimum a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare and be committed to working towards the Level 5.
Have a proven track record as a Registered Manager of a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ graded Children’s Home.
Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references.If you've previously held roles such as Residential Manager, Care Home Manager, Children's Home Manager, Residential Childcare Manager, or Home Manager, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
