large engineering company based in Corby are looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to add to their team.
This is a 'hands on' Foreman role whereby you will not only lead a team of 10 plus Welder Fabricators but you will also be involved in MIG/TIG welding and fabricating as well.
The role is permanent
Workshop/site based position for the right person.
The company are offering a competitive salary of £18ph with increased rates for overtime when its available. The hours are 7am till 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Workshop Foreman duties:-
- Leading a team of four welder fabricators
- MIG Welding - Fabricating using machinery such as Press Brakes, Guillotines
- Using various hand tools
- Making structural staircases, Balustrades, Balconies, Handrails etc
- Read from engineering drawings
The company are looking for someone who has experience in the sector someone who has MIG/TIG weld and fabricated food conveyor systems metalwork would be ideal.
