MDH Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives for our manufacturing client based in Larkhall. If you come from a production or manufacturing background, that would be a big plus, however we are keen to speak with you regardless of background or work history, as full and ongoing training will be provided throughout your career within the business.
This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence with an hourly rate of £12.25.
Shift allocation will be ADHOC and there will be no guaranteed weekly hours.
You need to be able to work ALL of the following shift patterns on a weekly rotating basis;
* Dayshift - 6am to 2pm
* Backshift - 2pm to 10pm
* Nightshift - 10pm to 6am
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Overseeing production process
* Ensuring parts are within company’s quality standards.
* Packaging parts correctly
* Keeping track of part quantities and wastage created.
* Keeping work station clean and tidy
