Job Description
As part of Renesas’s Performance Computing Power Business, you will partner with Operations, NPI teams and Marketing organizations to ensure business objectives are met. In this wide-ranging role, you will have broad influence and latitude to set priorities for both business development and investment priorities to drive execution, product ramp, product cost down, roadmap and supplier selection. You will develop, consolidate, and provide KPI and other business data to track progress and drive critical decisions in conjunction with other business unit leaders. You will assemble and lead teams to meet short and long-term improvement objectives.
What you will do:
Facilitate business unit road map planning:Develop high-level product development plans
Determine optimal product and technology investments
Drive product cost down activities:Identify cost improvement activities
Reduce costs through negotiation, supplier selection, and consolidation
Develop and drive business unit KPI and tracking:Identify meaningful KPI
Report critical information to the executive team
Drive operational priorities to meet revenue and critical customer needs:Own business decisions on manufacturing priority
Evaluate data to make adjustments to manufacturing build and inventory planning
Solve problems:Anticipate, prevent, and react to risks and issues
Drive improvements in business and NPI processes
