Salary: £140 - £240 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are seeking a dynamic and motivated Secondary ECT to join a secondary school in Newcastle. This role is perfect for an early career teacher eager to develop their teaching skills and make a positive impact on students’ education.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in your subject area.
Assess, track, and report on students' progress and development.
Manage classroom behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment.
Participate in professional development opportunities and school activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community.
Requirements:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be on track to achieve it.
Have a strong understanding of the secondary curriculum.
Be committed to promoting the welfare and safety of children.
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
