F&B Assistant / Waiter / Waitress - 5* Hotel - Perthshire, Scotland - £12.00ph + benefits

This 5* Hotel, located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager. Offering luxury holiday accommodation in Perthshire, within a beautiful Highland setting, the hotel offers beautiful scenes and outstanding service to its guests and visitors. Reporting to the GM, you will manage daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.

SALARY ETC:

* £12.00ph + trunk + tips + benefits

* Live-in accommodation is available at a small charge if needed.

* Free meals and uniform

* As this is a seasonal hotel, they would offer a contract of 25-hours per week, however during peak times (Summer), they would offer full-time hours.

* Perthshire, Scotland

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have full right to work in the UK and be able to attend an in-person interview if selected.

* Previous experience in a similar role, within F&B/Restaurant at 4*/5* Hotel standard, or similar standard restaurant.

* Excellent communication skills and smart appearance.

* Good team skills.

* High standard of customer service.

* Flexible and have a passion for the hospitality industry, wanting to engage with customers / guests, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

* Food and beverage service, ensuring high standards are maintained, upselling where possible.

* Maintain a positive atmosphere with colleagues.

* Serve guests in a prompt, friendly and timely manner.

* Communication with the Kitchen and management, ensuring the guest experience is outstanding, with a timely service.

* Treats all Team Members fairly, with respect.

* Adhere to high standards as set, ensuring all tasks and duties are carried out whilst on shift.

* Ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.

* Handle guest complaints in restaurants, or where necessary pass onto a senior member of staff.

* Attend periodic food and beverage service staff meetings.

* Ensure that all orders are put onto the system and dishes are served correctly.

* Ensure the quality of deliveries of beverages and foods.

* Ensure tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items are all ready for service and stocked at the start and end of service.

* Payments and billings are processed correctly.

* Ensures product quality and great service.

* Shows enthusiasm about guest within the restaurant
