Assembler/Production Line Temp

Job Description Assembler/Production Line Temp SUMMARY:

Working within a assembly department you will be required to: build/assemble electronic products working on an assembly production line.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assemble electronic PCB's into enclosures along with associated packaging and labelling.

· Utilise small hand tools for positioning parts to assist in assembly operation.

· Perform electrical functional tests on assembled units.

· Work in an organised manner with the ability to keep count of parts.

· Ability to operate automated test equipment + record results.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Work in a static controlled environment.

· Work in conjunction with an ISO 9001quality management system.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Good computer literacy necessary for test data input.

· Good eye/hand coordination (i.e. can work with small parts and assemblies).

· Ability to read and speak English fluently.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Previous production line working will be an advantage.

· An ability to communicate and listen effectively in a professional and courteous manner.

OTHER INFORMATION

· Wage: £12.00 per hour

· Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.45 to 15.45

· Temporary 3 month contract

· Location: Bradford

· Preferred start date: As soon as possible
