About the Role:
GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic Sports Coaches to engage and inspire SEN children through physical education in Sheffield. This position requires combining sports coaching skills with an understanding of special educational needs.

Sports Coach Role:

Develop and deliver sports programs tailored for children with SEN.
Encourage physical activity and participation in sports.
Monitor the progress and wellbeing of children during sports activities.
Collaborate with educational staff to integrate physical education with overall educational goals.
The successful candidate will:

Have relevant coaching qualifications or experience, particularly in working with SEN children.
Exhibit strong motivational and leadership skills.
Demonstrate adaptability and creativity in designing inclusive sports sessions.

Display excellent communication skills to engage and motivate children of all abilities.
