As a Teacher of Geography, you will play a crucial role in nurturing students' understanding of the world around them. We are seeking a candidate who can bring the subject to life, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging geography lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding and interest in geography.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the department.
Participate in school-wide activities, such as field trips, to enrich the students' learning experience.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant degree in geography or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience teaching geography at the secondary school level.
A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
