As a Business Manager at PCRK Group, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business. Requirements
A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop location team members that support and execute on a sales and service culture
The ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims towards achieving service and financial goals
Experience in a supervisory or management role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication and people skills
