Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description
Conduct investigations emanating from customer complaints.
Perform analysis of returned goods and determine proper disposition.
Maintain assigned tasks in complaint system.
Identify if complaints have direct impact on manufacturing process and present findings to management.
Enter and track NCMR's.
Perform calibration activities when necessary.
