Job Description
The Senior Copywriter is responsible for conceptual development and copy deliverables, including advertising, web sites, email and other forms of interface design. These responsibilities include creating and communicating concepts, implementing marketing strategies and developing short and long form copy solutions. The Senior Copywriter will work with a collaborative team that includes Art Directors, UX and Creative Designer. Balancing creative thinking with interpersonal skills, this person will demonstrate the ability to review and justify concepts to both the client and the project team.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with creative team members to determine the conceptual and copy direction of branding and advertising initiatives
Write CRM communications, updating content on websites, and creating paid online and social media creative
Develop concepts for digital platform launches, crafting taglines, and descriptors for product launches
Conceptualize responses for RFPs across lines of business
Working with a rotating team of art directors, UX, and design creatives to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
Work with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercising quality control on all copy
