Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
LLM Fine-tuning: Refine LLMs to enhance the human-like attributes of our digital workers, contributing to the creation of highly realistic entities.
Chat-based Interaction Systems: Develop systems enabling users to engage with platform features through chat interfaces, streamlining processes like onboarding and platform setup.
NLP and ML Model Development: Lead the development and optimization of NLP and machine learning models tailored for digital workers, ensuring their proficiency and adaptability.
R&D Initiatives: Drive research and development projects aimed at augmenting the capabilities of existing solutions, fostering innovation within the team.
Mentorship and Thought Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers, offering guidance in machine learning and NLP, while also providing thought leadership in these domains.
System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, optimize efficiency, and strategize for scalability to maintain robust and responsive operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with a significant focus on machine learning and NLP.
Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
Proficiency in Python and MLOps tools like MLFlow, coupled with experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Strong background in Python back-end development, with a preference for expertise in FastAPI.
