Director of Test Engineering

Job Description
As a Director of Test Engineering, you will be responsible for managing a worldwide team of test managers that developing power related ATE test solutions.  The team will own delivering ATE characterization, qualification test solutions, sample test solutions on time and at the cost targets.  This leadership role will drive test strategy for the business and will scale and develop the team to grow and deliver world class test solutions.  Evaluate resource needs and contribute to the business strategy from a test perspective.  This position will mentor and develop key test leaders in your organization and work with company and external partners to support the team. This will be a Hybrid work model in the Houston Texas area.
