Title- Junior Corporate Officer
Department- corporate legal department of a wealth management business
Salary EUR 40,000- 53,000 annual gross salary paid on 13 months
French and English speaking
Location- Luxembourg

This opportunity is for a Junior corporate officer to the Corporate Legal Department.

As the Junior corporate officer will be developing your skills, and have responsibilities including

Organising, holding, drafting and follow-up of board and shareholders' meetings including the drafting, execution, signing and delivery of any related documentation (convening notices, proxies, minutes, attendance list)
Ensuring that all entities (funds and corporate) are correctly managed from a corporate perspective (approval of annual accounts in particular)
Coordinating corporate transactions for companies such as incorporations, liquidations, capital increases and decreases
Coordinating and liaising with the investment team, finance team, lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents, apostille and legalization of documents
KYC coordination (together with the compliance and operational teams)
Reviewing, keeping and archiving all corporate records of the companies (update registers, follow-up for originals delivery/receipts, filings/updates of Luxembourg registers, archiving

Role Qualification and experience

Master's degree in law or similar training (ideally in corporate law)
Some professional experience in a legal/ corporate/regulatory environment
Good command of French and English (oral and written)
