Role – Multi skilled engineer role
Location – Based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – 8am - 4.30pm
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Our client is a well disciplined and established organisation who are looking to expand in their engineering division.
This role should attract a multi skilled individual who is looking to develop their knowledge within the manufacturing sector.

Main duties will include –
 Fabrication of Mild Steel
 Some welding duties will be required
 Using manual Lathes, Press Brake and Guillotines
 Servicing pre-installed equipment
 Reading from simple Engineering drawings
 Helping to load and unload deliveries using the counterbalance fork lift
 As required dealing with customers enquiries
 Maintaining your working area keeping it tidy and organised at all times

Candidate attributes -
 Relevant experience or qualification within Engineering
 Competent at accurately calculating measurements
 Some knowledge of using manual machines would be ideal
 A strong team player
 Practical, hands-on Engineering Skills
 The ability to work autonomously with self-discipline
