Estimator Required – Decent Home Specialist – Watford Area – Up to £85K + Package

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. The candidate must also possess strong technical skills in using estimating software and Microsoft Excel. Additionally, construction experience is required to ensure accurate assessments of project requirements and to provide valuable insights during the estimation and handover/pre construction process.

Job Requirements:

* Relevant degree qualification or HNC

* Experience in construction and refurbishment works

* Experience pricing projects from £500k - £6m in value

* Fully competent with carrying out measurements, takes-off and first principle calculations

* Fully competent with package analysis following initial tender enquiries to ensure no scope gap

* Proficient knowledge and understanding of standard forms of contract including JCT

* Ability to put together headline/tender programs
