Join this Main Contractor and their family run construction company who are dedicated to their projects. They are one of the leading construction companies in UK and Ireland who pride themselves in delivering landmark projects for their clients.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to come on board and join a hotel project that consists of an extension to the exisiting hotel and spa valued at £11M.
The work involves new auditorium and 23 bedroom block - both connecting to the existing building.
Working with the likes of Google, Hotel Inn, Premier Inn and many more in sectors such as Health Care, Data Centres, Hotels along with Residential and Commercial our client covers a diverse range of medium to large scale projects.
Job Details:
* Oversee the construction of a new Auditorium and bedroom block for an existing hotel and associated site works
* Be part of a company that is focused on quality, quality and quality
* Company has good land bank of projects, who showcases longevity in all of their employees
* Will require examples of running sites at Senior Site Manager or Project Manager level on
* Both extensions are formed using a structural steel frame with SFS and rainscreen cladding
* The ground floor is constructed 1.5m to 2.0m above existing ground on concrete columns
Requirements:
* Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in the UK
* Ideally have experience within care home, commercial or hotel/leisure sectors
* Proven experience with liaising with clients, stake holders and team members
* Experience with Steel and RC frames
* Showcase longevity in permanent positions
* Will require examples of running sites at Senior Site Manager or Project Manager level on similar scale projects
