Head of Operations (Interim)
Our client is a bespoke educational provider dedicated to enriching the lives of autistic children. They currently seek an Interim Head of Operations to join the team and immediately take control of performance management and continuing professional development opportunities within the establishment. Subsequently a candidate with outstanding human resource experience is desirable.
Day to day the interim Head of Operations will:
* Take control of all staffing matters
* Generate People XD report running
* Identifying threshold meets across all relevant areas (sickness absence / WRI / lateness etc) and leading all threshold meets.
* Undertake any exit interviews.
Like any operations role there is much more including finance, estate management, strategy development, health and safety consideration, but our client is a people focused organisation and the Human Resource element will be of central importance for this assignment.
The successful candidate will ideally have management experience in an educational establishment combined with a strong human resource skillset.
The role is initially for 6 weeks but could run until the end of September for the right candidate. A salary of 65k per annum (pro rata) is provided. For further information please apply below
