We're seeking a talented individual with terrific organisational skills and excellent communication to provide Operational Support for a Business Coaching Programme. It's a varied and fast paced role where you will be supporting the Head of the Programme as well as the Business Coaches and the Clients.
The role is varied and interesting from every perspective…and you will be an integral part of the wheel…
Day to day it will involve:
*Organising meetings with Coaches and Clients, including being present, taking notes and following up
*Diary management and the organisation of a full programme of events
*Following up on Client's activities and completing reports
*Assisting with the onboarding of new Clients and responding to day to day enquiries
*Co-ordinating the recruitment and onboarding of new Coaches
