We are delighted to be recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal/Solicitor on behalf of our client, an established SRA regulated Solicitor Practice based in Plymouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice to clients on all aspects of Wills and Probate.
Main duties will include:
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships and ensure that all client matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the matter are addressed.
* Draft wills and assist with probate matters, including administration of estates.
* Negotiate with other parties where necessary and provide advice and assistance to clients.
* Advise clients on tax and succession planning matters.
* Keep up to date with developments in law and practice.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Highly competent and able to work using own initiative.
* Hold a Law degree, CILEX or TEP.
* Have a minimum of two years' experience working in a Wills and Probate role.
* Have strong communication skills.

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
