Your Role as IT Service Desk Analyst will include:
* Managing and delivering on support desk issues ensuring timely and adequate resolutions
* Hybrid home and office Shift work, 11:00-19:00
* Working ticketing systems, troubleshooting & escalations
* Using ITSM tools, FreshService
The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will have:
* Qualification in IT or Computer Science
* Technical support, help desk or similar experience
* Freshservice or other ITSM tools experience
