Food Service Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit growth for key Foodservice segment customers.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and customer business reviews.
Manage relationships with existing clients and brokers, ensuring effective negotiations and sales practices.
Represent the company at trade events, providing product and market expertise.
Lead business development initiatives, including cold calling and prospecting for new clients.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15 years of experience in Foodservice Sales.
Established relationships within the Foodservice Segment, including both distributors and operators.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics for decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with imported food products is highly valued.
Familiarity with Great Plains and Adobe Suite software.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to establish direct relationships with national accounts and operators.
