JOB TITLE: Partner Operations Manager

COMPANY: Environmental Support Services

CONTRACT: Permanent

START: ASAP

LOCATION: London, hybrid

SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary with OTE of £75,000 - £90,000!!!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Effectively manage a team of three supply chain executives by setting goals and targets that align with the departments and business objectives.
Improve processes for efficiency and automation, leading to better customer experience and lower operational costs.
Collaborate with the tech team to improve customer experience and efficiency through technology upgrades, such as our Supplier App.
Report supply chain performance to SMT and Board, including key metrics and KPI analysis.
Foster strong relationships between the client and its suppliers to provide excellent customer service and commercial arrangements, including pricing, contracts, and SLAs.
Establish relationships with key suppliers, meet with them on a regular basis, and assess their performance using KPIs.
Identify new supplier partners to enhance customer service, expand recycling options, and improve commercial performance.
Ensure 100% compliance with the company's safety, quality, and environmental standards across our supplier base.
Support new business and account management teams in turning around competitive and sustainable commercials and terms for new sub-contracted service lines quickly.
Understand the industry, key players, and recycling services; build relationships with industry partners + attend events to grow your network.
Overall performance and compliance with waste services: To ensure that service levels and margins are delivered in accordance with specified KPIs. To review internal processes to better serve our clients.
Develop relationships with waste service providers: Develop strong working relationships to negotiate competitive pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
Administrative support for subcontracting: To generate monthly reports for SMT and track progress against divisional targets.
Manage all supplier documentation.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Experience in an Operations Manager role managing contracts and sub-contractor relationships
The ability to negotiate and really drive supplier relationships
Excellent analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal abilities, the capacity to operate independently and cooperatively in a team setting, and the capacity to forge lasting professional connections.
Strong time management, multitasking, organisation, and follow-up abilities.
Experience of leading and motivating a team.
