* Salary is 110K 160K + 20% bonus potential (not capped)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure improvement of analytics maturity via comprehensive deployment of process standards
* Ensure that stakeholders have the right and accurate metrics & dashboards to drive Supply Chain performance.
* Design advanced analytics driven by data science methodologies, ensuring robust escalation processes
* Drive reliable KPI reporting, lead further expansion of analytic platforms, continuously drives capability improvements to turn data into business insights and acts as a gatekeeper for report / dashboard creation
* Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics platform roadmap and strategy via BI and Qlik reporting
* Responsible to identify, activate and leverage opportunities across business units for key supply chain reporting needs, partnering with IT to develop and deploy, managing those initiatives as needed
* Oversee benchmarking, evaluation, and implementation of best practices to business reporting/analytics capabilities.
* Development of analytics solutions for deployment by global process owners
* Collaboration with suppliers, customers, and colleagues within supply chain, operations, and purchasing are critical to achieving these objectives.
* Be an advocate in the development process to ensure supply chain milestone dates are met

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA or BS required, preferably in Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar
* MBA, Masters or APICS certifications are a preferred
* 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Analyst, Capacity Planning, Inventory, Scheduling, or closely related Supply Chain experience
* STRONGanalytical skills and experience with supply chain strategy and concepts will help to ensure candidate success in this role.
* 2+ years of supply chain leadership experience required
* Must have manufacturing or distribution experience, ideally in foods, consumer products (CPG), beverages, or related CPG industries.
* Must have experience with ERP system. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle are a plus
* Must have experience with business intelligent systems such as Tableau, PowerBi, Qlik or similar systems
* Must be intermediate to advanced with MS Excel and MS Access, SQL preferred
* Experience with S&OP is preferred
* Detail orientated, self-motivated, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fun, dynamic environment.
