Part Time Accounts Administrator

My client who work within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.

Key Details: Part Time Accounts Administrator

* Tuesday to Thursday – 18 hour week. Potential for Saturday mornings from May onwards.

* Permanent contract.

* £12 - £15ph.

Duties and Experience: Part Time Accounts Administrator

* Sage 50 software experience is essential, competency with Tax and VAT is also required.

* Complete banking and payroll duties for the business.

* Respond to clients promptly whilst monitoring inbox, handle the switchboard and other telephones.

* Liaise with suppliers regards to customer orders.

* Perform organisational work such as filing.
