ITU Charge Nurse

As an ITU Charge Nurse, you'll enjoy a salary of up to £55,000 with shift enhancement. As an ITU Charge Nurse, you will:

Lead your team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of specialist care
Serve as a role model for the hospital's values, ensuring all patients' physical and emotional needs are met
Use your experienced leadership skills to coach, mentor, and engage with your team
Head the unit in the absence of the ICU Lead
Provide bespoke, complex care to patients in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary teamPackage and Benefits:

Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
Neuro, Spinal or General ITU experience
Experience managing others (desirable)If you have experience or interest in roles such as ITU Nurse, Charge Nurse, Critical Care Nurse, Intensive Care Unit Nurse, or ICU Nurse, this ITU Sister/Charge Nurse role could be the perfect fit for you.
