We are currently seeking a motivated, skilled and dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our clients innovative team based in Bicester.

As a Salesforce Administrator, your primary goal will be to oversee and maintain my clients Salesforce platform, along with bringing their CRM to its optimal performance. You will act as the first point of contact for internal users and be able to provide support and training where needed.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including user administration, data management, and system customisation.
Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and enhancements.
Providing ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively utilise Salesforce.
Troubleshooting any issues or errors, to identify and address technical problems.
Keeping up-to-date with Salesforce best practises and system updates, implementing changes as necessary to optimise performance.What we're looking for:

Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practises and functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and identify innovative solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator Certification) are preferred but not required.

This role is on a temporary hybrid basis, with a view to become permanenet.
