Sales Support and Operations Consultant
Sales Support Consultant is needed to join our team based in Chessington.
You will need to be proactive and flexible whilst having the initiative to work autonomously. Being confident speaking with clients is essential for this position.

Key Asbestos Services is a highly reputable and ambitious Asbestos Consultancy working in a niche market where there is much demand for our services. In addition to our new customers, we are also retained by numerous clients, including construction companies, architects, developers, property managers, other commercial companies and domestic clients.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Consultant who can work closely with the surveying and removal teams and with our clients from initial enquiry to scheduling asbestos surveys / removal works and managing the process to completion.
You will be at the core of our company’s growth, coordinating delivery of our services. We need someone motivated who enjoys working in a busy, and varied role where you will be involved in all areas of the company. You will be working closely with the company director and other members of the team and will receive plenty of training and support.
You will be dealing with initial enquiries from existing and new clients. You must be confident on the phone, able to think on your feet and communicate clearly with clients. Whether you are successful in this role will hinge on whether you can communicate in a commercial role both with clients and with the rest of the team and take ownership of organising the process from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing clients from initial enquiry to completion of works
* Generating and submitting quotations
* Diary management - Coordinating with the Surveying and Removal teams and the client.
* Documenting all client information in the CRM system
* Coordinating with accounts so invoices can be submitted and all the information is documented
* Health and Safety Management
Required Experience:
* Excellent verbal client communications skills.
* Excellent written communication skills
* Excellent organisional skills.
* Numerate – you will need to be able to calculate costs accurately.
* Experience in a commercial role dealing directly with clients
* Experience in a sales support, account management, operations.
* Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media
* Graduate / A level education or GCSEs to include A-B grades or equivalent.
* Experience in the asbestos, property or construction industry would be advantageous.
* We would consider a graduate trainee from a commercial or property-related degree.
* The successful candidate would need to be within reasonable and realistic commute of Surbiton.
* Full Driving Licence would be advantageous.
