HR DIRECTOR | PR, DIGITAL MEDIA & ADVERTISING | CENTRAL LONDON | £85k-£125k+ EXCELLENT PACKAGE | HYBRID WORKING

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing digital media, PR, and advertising agency based in Central London.

As a private equity-owned company with approximately two hundred employees working both from our offices in London and remotely, they continue to expand their client portfolio and have recently secured major accounts with prestigious brands, including Jaguar Land Rover and Duchy Originals.

**Role Overview:**

The client is seeking an experienced HR Director to join the team and lead the modernisation and maturation of an in-house HR function.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for introducing HRIS, employee self-service, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement. Your expertise and strategic approach will be crucial in ensuring the retention and development of our talented workforce.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

- Introduce and manage HRIS and employee self-service platforms to streamline HR processes.

- Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

- Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.

- Lead performance management and employee development programs to enhance individual and team performance.

- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts, promoting an environment that values and respects all employees.

- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

- Build and lead a high-performing HR team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business growth.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.

- Experience implementing HRIS and employee self-service platforms.

- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.

- Excellent understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies.

- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.

**Qualifications:**

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications are desirable.
