Remedicare are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant for our clients residential home in the Emsworth Area!
Job Details:
£11.44ph + 15p weekend enhancement
£1 overtime enhancement & double pay on bank holidays
30 or 40 hour contracts available
8am - 6pm shift times
You must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with strong communication skills. You will be hands on with an eye for detail, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Kitchen Assistant - Main Responsibilities
* To ensure that the salad counters and servery area are clean and ready for each service with the correct utensils and condiments available
* To ensure that the crockery, cutlery, glasses are clean and presented correctly
* To serve the girls and staff during each service and promote a friendly atmosphere.
* Ensure service temperatures and samples are taken as directed at each service
* To assist with any food preparation as directed by the Management Team
* To ensure that after each service the counters and servery areas are cleaned ready for the next service
* To provide an efficient, caring and friendly service to all customers and inform your team leader or duty manager of any issues or complaints that you may encounter
* To be able to liaise with the Kitchen Brigade to ensure a constant replenishment of the food on offer
* To operate the dishwasher in accordance with the correct operating procedures.
* To work in all areas of the operation to include front of house, plate wash and pot wash on a rota basis
* To ensure tables and the floor are cleaned and swept as directed by the Team Leaders
