Your new company
* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
Your new role
* You will be working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week, across a commercial building based in Bath.
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.
* HVAC, AHU’s, FCU’s filter changes, plant-room checks, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.
What you'll need to succeed
* The ideal candidate will hold mechanical, plumbing or HVAC qualifications.
* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
