Job title: Logistics and Data Administrator
Location/remote: Birstall/ 4 days working on site 1 day working from home
Contract length: 6 months
Hours: full time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible start times)
Pay rate: £14-£14.38 per hour PAYE

Overview
You will be joining the logistics team, playing a vital role in supporting the logistics operations by assisting with data management, administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the department.
Responsibilities:

Packaging inventory and daily checks.
*
Ownership of all packaging / customs paperwork.
*
Update and maintain key KPIs relating to supplier performance.
*
Ownership of consumable ordering & stocks.
*
General support where required across the logistics team.
Key skills:
*
Previous experience in logistics, data analysis, or an administrative support role
*
Proficiency Excel is a necessity- pivot tables for example
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and technologies.
*
Experience with SAP would be an advantage
