Requirements:

Degree in IT or a related field
- Solid understanding of processes in marketing, sales, and service
- Several years of practical experience with Salesforce platform
- Passion for innovation and quick learner
- Proficient in German and English

Responsibilities:

Engaging in holistic customer consulting with the team
- Analyzing and defining business processes to support digital transformation
- Qualifying requirements for solution designs and architectural concepts in the context of requirements engineering
- Working in an agile environment for implementation or refactoring of existing solutions
- Ensuring development quality with deployments (CI/CD)
