Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Fire Fighting & HVAC System Engineering from reputed public university

Experience

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Fire Fighting & HVAC System design

• Knowledge of codes and industry regulation

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Competency in Microsoft products to prepare reports, schedules, presentation etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Designing and developing Fire Fighting & HVAC System and components for various (residential, commercial & industrial) projects.

• Conversant in Fire Fighting & HVAC System calculations, Fire Fighting & HVAC System equipment, cable/pipe sizing and their BOQ preparation.

• Creating detailed Fire Fighting & HVAC System schematics and drawings using CAD software.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.

• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed Fire Fighting & HVAC System designs.

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
