Your profile

• Completed field of study in subject business administration, economics, finance, human resources management or similar
• Practical experience gained, for example, as an intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)
• Experience in common MS Office applications
• Interest in challenging project tasks and associated challenges
• Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
• Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficial

Your Role

During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on you - your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development. All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program - and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your
Possible tasks within the program:

• Getting to know different global compensation structures
• Participation in projects in the area of Compensation & Benefits
• Familiarization with job evaluation methods
• Support in the implementation of C&B policies
