Czech Speaking Customer Support Agent

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats

• Assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate information by using the given method/tools

• Meet targets and call-handling quotas

• Keep records of customer interactions, accounts, and file documentation

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
 

Requirements: 
 

• Fluency in Czech and Intermediate to Fluent level of English

• Proven customer service experience is considered as a plus.

• Excellent communication and written skills

• Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of customers behaviour

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced/target-driven environment
