Your new company

* A globally recognised Facilities Management and Technical Services provider, and the No.1 supplier in the industry.

* Working on a critical data centre site providing Hard FM on both Electrical and Mechanical equipment.

Your new role

* Working in a data centre building for a client based in York.

* Mon – Fri role, 8am – 5pm

* To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive and breakdown works to electrical bias systems within the commercial site (1-3phase, generators, emergency lighting, UPS, BMS monitoring, basic mechanical maintenance, fabric works, etc)

* Assisting in the maintenance and repair of the complete range of mechanical or electrical engineering services associated with the Critical estate.

What you'll need to succeed

* 4+ Years experience working in Electrical Commercial Facilities maintenance.

* Completion of a structured training program in Electrical Engineering to NVQ level 2 or equivalent.

* 17th or 18th Edition

* Having HVAP or LVAP is desirable but not essential.

* A can-do mindset and be looking to learn new skills and qualifications.
