Our client, an international food manufacturing company based in Moodiesburn is recruiting for a Lab Technician so support their development team in Biocity, Newhouse. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh chemistry graduate or someone with wet chemistry experience in a junior role so join an international business and continue their science career. This contract will last until Dec 2023.
The main duties include and aren't limited to:
Taking responsibility for lab inventory
Making up samples and performing wet chemistry duties
Working in a safe and compliant manager
Following instruction from your manager
The ideal candidate will possess a HNC or degree in a chemistry discipline, lab experience is desirable however training and support will be provided.
The client offers a very competitive salary, 6% pension and company bonus (depending on company performance).
