Sales Co-ordinator

Your role as a Sales Co-ordinator:
Working as part of a team you will be carrying out an all-round role that involves driving sales and providing excellent customer service, acting as the main point of contact for existing and new customers. Duties will include:
· Processing customer orders and managing customer enquiries, making recommendations on the company's products and services
· Building relationships with existing customers to understand their business and buying patterns
· Using internal data to identify frequency, volume and specific ordering trends
· Carrying out regular sales activity to promote existing and new products and services
· Updating customers with order progress
· Managing customer queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
· Taking a proactive approach to calling lapsed and new customers, working closely with them to onboard and support through the process

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Experience in either a similar Sales Support, Sales Co-ordinator or Internal Sales role
· IT literate and comfortable with general office systems
· An upbeat and friendly character with a strong team player attitude and good communication skills
· Proactive with the ability to make outbound calls to mainly existing and lapsed customers
· Numerate and accurate with a good eye for detail
