Job Description Site Manager - Manchester - Construction
We are working with a Regional Main contractor who are looking for a freelance Site Manager to work on projects across the Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester areas.
Sectors of work include: Defence, education, blue light, health care and industrial, Commercial and residential. Both new build and refurb experience would be an advantage. Due to the nature of the work the relevant manager will be required to have a DBS or Enhanced DBS, or be able to pass one.

SMSTS
First Aid
Enhanced DBS
CSCS Managers card
Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
Working alongside PM overseeing the project
Managing sub contractors
Overseeing on site Health & Safety
Driving Licence
HNC/HND Construction Management
Toolbox talks
Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
