💼 The Role:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all areas of operation within the branch. Your main goal will be to lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Reporting to the Head of Retail Branch Network, you will play a vital role in driving growth and exploring untapped markets in the region.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain best practise.
Continuously identify areas for improvement, provide solutions, and reduce costs.
Put the customer's interests first and ensure their understanding of our insurance offerings.
Manage and direct insurance activities, including claims processing and administration.
Foster a positive and driven sales culture within the team.
Contribute to training and development initiatives for the team.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Monitor and analyse insurance performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
Assist in the development of strategic plans to achieve targets.

⭐ Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the UK insurance market and regulatory changes.
Ability to analyse complex insurance challenges and provide solutions.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Positive and motivated with a can-do attitude.
Experience working in a broking or underwriting environment (minimum 3 years).
Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
