Automotive Brand Standards Consultancy Firm
Sussex or Hampshire AreaOur client is an automotive consultancy firm who have been offering their services to the automotive industry and other related businesses for over 20 years.  They work on behalf of a multitude of Vehicle Dealerships and Accident Repair Bodyshop’s covering some of the biggest brands such as Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, and many more.
Due to increased demand and business expansion, our client is seeking automotive professionals with a background in the main dealer or accident repair network, ideally with an understanding of the requirements of passing audits and brand standards. This is a hands-on administrative role, that mixes working on client sites and some hybrid working.
Our client, provides a fantastic on the job training programme, shadowing the senior team, to train you in Brand Standards advising. Whether you are assisting the local Volkswagen dealership pass their VQMs or working with a national chain of accident repair businesses to pass their BS10125 Kitemark approval, this role offers plenty of variety!

Our client is requiring individuals with previous automotive experience for this role, whether you are a tenacious Service Advisor, Bodyshop Advisor, Warranty Advisor, Service Manager, Aftersales Manager or Body shop manager, we’d love to talk to you about this unique opportunity.

Ensure the correct processes are in place in the organisation to remain compliant.
Provide the clients a fun, sociable and informative service
Be able to drive long distances to Clients and flexible for pre-agreed overnight staysWhat our client expects of their Brand Standards Quality Advisor?

Ideally be an experienced Volkswagen/Audi/Skoda/SEAT/Cupra Administrator/Advisor or Manager having previously worked in an administrative and/or hands-on role in a vehicle dealership or bodyshop passing brand standard audits
Have strong IT stills with a good working knowledge of MS office
Can deliver quality documentation and reports with a high level of attention to detail
Understand the importance of working with clients and meeting deadlines
Have outstanding self-management and time keeping skills
Be keen to learn, grow and develop in a new role
Be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Access to a reliable vehicle
Full UK Driving licence is a necessity for this positionThis Automotive Audit Administrator vacancy is a Hybrid role, however being located within either West Sussex or Hampshire, and ideally with good access to both road and rail network, is preferable.
