£25,300 per annum, (£23,800 + £1,500 per annum guaranteed service charge payment paid quarterly)

The Place :

4 Star Hotel with 3AA Rosette restaurant just outside London.

22-bedrooms with the many charming lounges all with open fires as well as the sumptuous 3 Rosette Restaurant. Also offering exclusive use weddings and events in the house or the beautiful grounds.

Creating a restaurant menu to inspire local patrons, an afternoon tea menu that encourages loyal local business, together with Wedding and special event menus, will all be part of the role of Head Chef.

The Role

A great opportunity exists to work with our experienced Head Chef, and his dedicated team of 13 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who prepare top quality fresh food across our range of restaurants and menus.

* Working with a team of 13 chefs and 4 Kitchen Porters

* Flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner service including weekend working (40 hours, 5 days per week)

* Quality experience in a fresh food environment

* Producing food for a range of different menus, breakfast, lunch, dinner, weddings, corporate, afternoon tea, fine dining, brasserie

* The passion and drive to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade who continue to develop award winning dishes

* Excellent development opportunity to develop in this quality kitchen to Chef de Partie level.

Requirements

* Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation

* Experience across a variety of kitchen sections

* Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence
