Quality Assurance Engineer

Source Solutions are proud to be recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer on behalf of a highly successful but continually and rapidly growing global manufacturer within the electronics space, who operate cutting edge technology within a fascinating environment and a culture of continuous improvement, in order to deliver a supreme service to their high-profile clients across numerous exciting sectors.

As well as traditional Quality Assurance responsibilities, the Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for managing the company’s internal calibration system / database and will be required to work closely with Engineering and Process Engineering Departments on the pre-release activities for new processes released into Production. The role will also involve working closely with the QA Team and Process Owners in the maintenance of the company EN9100 Quality Management System.

With numerous engineering processes ranging from machine shop and mechanical engineering to robotics and automation all operating on the premises, this position will see you dealing with an array of people and processes and, as such will offer a diverse role with a lot of opportunities to learn and take on new challenges.

Candidate requirements:

* Strong experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment

* Experience of managing company calibration systems / databases

* Experience in development process for new processes to be used in production

* Working knowledge of EN9100/AS9100

* Some form of experience or knowledge of Metrology
