Full time Permanent
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm
Every other weekend - 10:00am - 4:00pm
£22k basic + GREAT Commission Scheme
21 days holiday + bank holidaysDay-to-day duties:
Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
Negotiating sales contracts and terms
Liaising with sellers and buyers to facilitate transactions.
Generating leads through networking and marketing efforts
Providing accurate property valuations and market analysis
Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service
Keeping up to date with market trends and property regulations
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
What we require from you:
Driver's license
