Duties
Cost control
Bill of quantities (BOQ)
Tendering
Cost management
Cost planning
Cost reportingRequirements
Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field
Cost Control, BOQ, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
Experience in cost reporting and analysis
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
