MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Hereford, Herefordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
* Independently owned practice.
* Available as soon as possible.
* Notice periods are taken into consideration.
* Dentist will be managing a mixed list of NHS and Private.
* £15-£18 per UDA plus 50% Private.
* Flexible UDA target of up to 9000.
* Practice is part of the £20,000 Golden Hello NHS Scheme.
* Plenty of opportunity to upsell Private .
* Dentist will have clinical freedom with a range of high-quality materials.
* 5 surgery dental practice, located in Hereford City Centre.
* Fully computerised including consent forms.
* Brand new premises compete with state-of-the-art equipment including Digital Radiographs,
* iSmile Software, Rotary Endo, Scanner, high-quality files, Matrix systems, DSLR Camera, Facebow and Articular.
* Principal-led practice – onsite support and mentorship from 2 Principals.
* Dentist will have support from Impression and Radiograph trained Nurses.
* Practice can offer a supportive working environment with an open-door policy.
* The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
* Parking available nearby the practice.
