About the Role:
Swanstaff are seeking a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join our team and maintain the communal areas of a block of flats in Bath (BA1). The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the residents.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and sanitise communal areas, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and elevators.
* Regularly vacuum, mop, and polish floors.
* Dust and wipe down surfaces.
* Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
* Maintain cleanliness of entryways and shared facilities.
* Report any maintenance or repair needs to the property manager.
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Good physical condition, as the role involves standing, walking, and lifting
